Best Food In China

I had reasonably high expectations going into this restaurant, already being a fan myself of both Room28 and the Wagas chain.
And for the first time in a while on the Shanghai restaurant scene, my expectations were not only met, but exceeded.

Certain restaurants maintain exclusivity with astronomical prices, an uptight atmosphere or an ultra-cool attitude, which can be quite off-putting if you just want an enjoyable meal. Vizcaya, on the other hand, is a comfortable resort whose only claim to being exclusive lies in its membership.

With several locations in Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and now Shanghai, the Sweet Dynasty is undoubtedly a popular place to sample classic Cantonese style food. The restaurant’s success lies in its unique desserts, its affordably priced yet tasty and abundant dishes, and its gracious yet unpretentious and comfortable atmosphere.

If you are hungering for a good old-fashioned American diner, then Moon River Diner will be your oasis in the desert. The menu is all-American, with some of the best burgers, shakes, and fries in all of Shanghai.

If you go for breakfast, the Eggs Benedict are one of the best in Shanghai - and if you're there for lunch or dinner, then definitely have one of their delicious burgers.
