Give me some nice Korean food, and I'm a happy guy... but admittedly my experience with just about anything Korean is actually rather limited, and I haven't spent a lot of my time and resources in the past exploring this particular cuisine that continues to be inexplicably popular in China. I never found Korean fare to be something that struck me as exceptional in the vast landscape of world cuisine, so I tend to be a hard critic.

Although many Chinese may not have had the pleasure of dining at Ai Jiang Shan, most of them have heard of it. Certainly this Zen-like restaurant with its highly attentive service staff and fresh meats is worthy of recognition throughout Beijing, however, Ai Jiang Shan is renown for another reason.

“Han Na Shan” is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Beijing. The barbecue here is tender and delicious, and paired with traditional seasonings.
