The Sichuan food itself, although authentic, is frequently prepared with an individual twist. “Husband and Wife” beef filled with ox tongue and heart, the hot pot and the shredded pork with garlic sauce are all tangy with traditional Sichuan flavors. Other tasty repasts include chopped chicken with spicy sauce and sweet and sour marinated vegetables. The house special title goes to the Chuan Guo braised duck blood curd with assorted meats. The same could be claimed by the steamed fish head with pickled chili, a dish of the Hunan Province that it is well cooked and both slightly sour and tasty. The smoked duck with tea leaves and spices is a true Sichuan cuisine star, demonstrating superb skill from the chef.

In Chuan Guo, Chinese spirits, rice wine and French vintages are all available on request.
