he interiors are comfortable, though the huge windows offer little privacy from passers-by.
Its Spring Menu offers promising interpretations of Mediterranean classics, with a good selection for vegetarians and a large choice from the sea food bar. On the appetizer front, the smoked salmon on blini is tender and nicely presented, but its accompanying lemon grass cream lacks a little edge. On the next plate the grilled sea scallops are perfectly done and well matched with a buttery Nantaise sauce and added truffles. The quality of the cuisine really shines through in the main courses: the grilled sea bream, in particular, is well cooked and goes well with its rich lemongrass sauce. On the sweet end, T-Sens offers a variety of mostly fruit deserts-the seasonal fruits plate is generous and comes with scoops of delicious sorbets.
Rather expensive choice of wines, although there is a good balance between old and new world offerings.
The service continues to improve here. although more knowledge of the menll items would be a useful asset to the waiting staff.
