The Braised Australian abalone in Chinese wine sauce is served with a well-matched sauce. Fried sliced geoduck with lily bulb, the side vegetable of lily and asparagus are tender and crisp. The desserts are good, including delicate, fragrant and smooth sweetened walnut cream with black sesame dumplings.
