There are over 20 types of pizza of fered here, from onion and tuna. Hawaiian, and pepperoni to deluxe pizzas and many more. Their trademark "Annie's Pizza" is made from tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, smoked meal, sausage, roast chicken and red peppers, and is cooked for seven to eight minutes in the oven. Using a special oven to cook their pizzas creates crusts that are crispy and delicious, with hot gooey cheese on top - you'll definitely want to eat it while it's hot. Their trademark pizza has a strong flavor; it is slightly spicy, and a bit salty. The ham and smoked meat are added generously, filling up the entire pizza - a sight that is hard to resist, even if the cheese is slightly thin.
Annie's most praiseworthy dish is the lasagna. Using top quality cheese
to create a golden custard-like form, the outer layer is cooked to perfection. after the lasagna is complete, it is garnished with a purple perilla and sent to the table. When cut with a knife, a treasure of cheese, broad noodlcs, mushrooms and other ingredients is revealed. It is great to look at and even better to eat, making it a "must-try" for any hungry customer.
Annie's greatest feature is the freedom it allows customers in choosing
what flavors they want and what food they would like to eat. For example: if you want to order a pizza, you can choose the toppings you wish to add, maybe cheese, olives, salami - whatever you want, add it! You can also choose the type of noodles you want in your pasta: macaroni, fettuccini, spagetti, rotini, penne, farfalle, etc. you get to select the ingredients for the pasta sauce, ranging from the commonly seen tomato, meat, tuna, seafood, and cheese as well as the more innovative pesto sauce with purple perilla, tomato sauce with olives and eggplant and more. You may even choose the quantity of noodles you would like (a small plate runs around 20 RMB, a large portion about 30 RMB or more).
