A super chic converted an deco-era brewery, with an impressive and immaculately finished post-modern interior that gives the impression of stepping into a futuristic millionaires'club.

Enticing and imaginative tasting menus are the concept and signature of this wonderful establishment?Themed by produce or nationality, with a choice of three, four or five courses - with each course actually comprising three or more "mini courses" of one main ingredient prepared in a variety of ways. A vegetarian menu is always one of the choices. The cuisine could best be described as Modern Continental, but to give a clearer idea of the concept, a recent menu ofrered scallops as first course, as follows: three scallop shells presented on a long dish, in suggested order of tasting, first a light & aromatic French preparation with a black truffle marinade; then, a more hearty Italian preparation with black olives artichokes and tomato; and finally, an exotic Asian fusion preparation with ragout, lobster and lenmngrass curry broth.

A fair selection of vintages from most of the important wine regions, noticeably reasonable in price for such a fine dining venue.

The initial issue of some waiting staff expressing a little too much attitude when the restaurant first opened has been addressed, and the service is now consistently gracious and attentive.
