Specializing in Yakiniku a superb grilled meat, and very flesh seafood. Dishes are restrained, traditional and lightly seasoned. The highest-grade of steak, grilling it quickly, enjoying its natural juices with a touch of one of the dipping sauces provided-the best one being the sesame dressing. The first floor features chefs cooking for diners at a grill, the second floor each table has its own grill set in the middle. The menu is rather small but there is a variety of set menus which seem t0 be the choice for most diners. A beautifullY presented sashinli selection on ice includes salmon, sweet shrimp, snapper, The beef ribs served with the bone are sofiqe of the juiciest and most tender cuts. Vegetables alld mushrooms were cooked perfectly at the table with butter as seasoning, but desserts are ordinary.
