This is particularly highlighted in the pot soup - made from high quality chicken, pork bone, tea, and a specially made sauce (a combination of shallots, leeks, thai spices and caraway). The Japanese beef series is also of a top quality. Divided into various categories according to the meat's individual mixture of white and red, fat and muscle and then matched with an appropriate Japanese beef sauce, the final result looks and tastes delicious. Among the mutton series, the outstanding dishes here are the leg of mutton and the small rib rolls, all of which are tender and without any overpowering aroma.
