Everyone has a different idea of paradise. For some, a harem of virgin maidens is prerequisite, others envision a world of everlasting peace. Whatever your viewpoint, there's one feature that everyone agrees on: paradise is made of chocolate. Lucky for us, this week a large chunk of paradise has arrived in Shanghai. It goes by the name of Salon du Chocolat. Beginning with a glitzy opening ceremony on Wednesday evening, the world's largest chocolate show runs until Saturday 23rd, transforming the Shanghai Exhibition Centre a giant box of delights.
